Welcome to Wicked Comic Con Boston 2022.   You are receiving this information because you are a confirmed Exhibitor (vendor or artist).  Below is the logistical information that you will need to register and set up at the show.  There will be Wicked Comic Con staff there to direct you.  

 

Venue:  Westin Boston Seaport Hotel – 425 Summer St., Boston, MA (https://www.marriott.com/en-us/hotels/bosow-the-westin-boston-seaport-district/overview/?scid=bb1a189a-fec3-4d19-a255-54ba596febe2)

 

Show Hours:   Saturday April 9, 2022 10am to 7pm

Load In Hours: Friday April 8th 6-10pm AND Saturday April 9th 6-9am

Load Out Hours: Saturday April 9th, 7:15pm to 9:15pm

Loading Location: corner of D Street and Fargo Street (you may use the loading dock OR the street entrance for loading)

Show Entrance: D Street Entrance

 

If you load in and set up on Friday night, there will be dedicated on site overnight security.

Neither Wicked Comic Con nor The Westin Boston Seaport Hotel will provide moving dollies or labor to move your merchandise.
